Made an order as the seller was a few suburbs from me and I expected it would arrive on time. Due to AusPost issues, item was delivered after over a month, only after I escalated the issue to the seller who raised it with AP. The item was refunded and the seller requested and reminded me multiple times that when it arrives, to send it back via the provided return label. The whole process was disappointing, and I was quite shocked that I was being contacted multiple times to return wrapping paper as no small business has ever asked me to return an item that was delivered over a month after the expected date. Also, the expectation to return it within the first week of it being received despite it being over a month late. Item was returned, and it seems like a lovely product but I won't be purchasing from here again.
