Shipping policy

SHIPPING FEE
For the convenience of our retail customers, all Australian delivery orders are flat rate.
Domestic - Standard Delivery: $10.95
Domestic - Express Delivery: $15.80

For international delivery, shipping fee is calculated based on destination country and weight of the order.

For wholesale orders, the delivery costs are based on weight + volume of the order and will be provided in the Estimate document.

ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCHING
Provided your items are in stock, all orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving order and payment. We ship orders Monday through to Friday (excluding public holidays).
We request that you choose Express Post if your order requires urgent shipping.

AUSTRALIA POST
We use Australia Post for dispatching all our orders. Standard and Express delivery time frames are as listed on Australia Post website. https://auspost.com.au/business/shipping/domestic-shipping/delivery-speeds-and-coverage

Please remember that once the order has been dispatched, the control is over Australia Post.
During peak Christmas trading, Australia Post delivery may see a delay. We request that you keep up to date on the Australia Post website for this.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
Online retail orders are shipped via international air freight services. Delivery timelines are approximately as provided on the Australia Post website: https://auspost.com.au/sending/send-overseas/international-delivery-times

For orders heading to the United States, as of November 2025, duties or import taxes are prepaid. For any other countries, you should note that any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.
