Location

We are a registered Australian business based in Sydney, and we ship to majority of the countries worldwide from our office here. But our artists & makers are based in Nepal.

Uneven texture & deckled edges

Because all of our products are handmade, including the paper, our products are not as refined as products you get from other stores. The print method used is a screen printing and not digital print, so you can expect some variation in colour between each product.

Variation to display photo

The print that you receive will not be 100% the same as the one pictured. The cover of your notebook is most likely going to be slightly different from the one pictured. This is because the covers are cut out of a single large sheet of paper.


The colour may also vary slightly especially on paper that is dyed using vegetable dyes. Between different batches of products, we may also find slight variation in print colour.

On products that use natural pressed petals, you could expect some petals to fall during the course of time and this should be considered normal wear and tear.

Gift Wraps & Bags are folded

Gift wraps and large bags will be folded for shipping. They will not be mailed flat. However, please email us if you'd like us to ship the gift wraps and bags rolled up.

Social Cause

Since the inception of LOKTAA, we have been making yearly donations to aid projects that are geared towards improving education for girls and children in Nepal via our charity partner Room To Read You can read more about Our Impact on this link.

Tax/GST

All items are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Payment Options

You can make a payment online using your debit or credit card. Apple Pay and Google Pay options are also available when checking out on mobile device. For wholesale orders, we accept payment via bank transfers or credit card (charges apply).

Returns, Exchange & Cancellations

We take great care in ensuring that the order is mailed out to you in secure boxes that prevent the goods from being damaged. However, if you do believe that you have received an item that is faulty, we will be happy to offer you an exchange.
Sometimes (although very rarely), we may need to cancel (& refund) your order. We will ensure that this is done with utmost care and your informed along the way.

We do not accept returns for change in minds.

We also do not take responsibility of delays/loss incurred by postal services.

Shipping

Shipping within Australia is via Australia Post. There is flat shipping rate for Standard and for Express.
International shipping has been enabled for a select number of countries. If the destination country is not listed, please contact us via email for a quote.
